Why should I have a home inspection?

A home inspection is valuable to all concerned parties in a home sale, including:

Home buyers

An Allied Professional Home Inspection helps eliminate after-possession surprises.  Allied Professional Home Inspections answers questions before, during, and after the inspection. You are provided a computer-generated report (including photos), which is typically emailed to you on the same day as the inspection.

We perform thorough inspections that include the identification of safety hazards, concerns and recommendations, as well as tips on maintenance.

Home sellers

A listing inspection means that your home is move in certified and has been pre- inspected by a Certified Inspector and the seller confirms that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement and no known safety hazards. If the inspection reveals items that need attention, you'll have time to address them without stress by obtaining multiple bids for the repair work.

When having a pre-inspection done prior to listing your property and you can address the typical concerns of a potential buyer prior to receiving an offer. Eliminate potential problems for a hassle free sale!

Realtors

Our skilled inspectors are trained to educate parties - not alarm them.  Our experts will tactfully help all parties keep the issues in perspective. Should the home buyer/client be present during the inspection? Yes! You are strongly encouraged to accompany your home inspector in order for you to get the full benefit from your inspection.

The inspection is a good time to get an education about your property and have your questions about the property answered. There is a wealth of information presented during a professional home inspection. We are also available after the inspection for follow-up questions or concerns.

Only a Professional Inspector really knows what to look for! What about gas leaks? How's the electrical system? What's missing or loose on the roof that you can't see from the ground? You may have concerns that the exterior wall covering may be allowing destructive water intrusion. These and dozens of other areas in a home need to be checked out so that the homeowner is aware of concerns or potential concerns.

Each inspector at Allied Professional Home Inspections is a
Master Inspector who knows where to look and what to look for!
